We usually have to look back into our past to find what really moves us, because we may have lost our way.
I still like working with my hands, although I don’t draw or paint anymore. But, I still enjoy the design and coloring involved in creating websites.
I still enjoy coding, which used to fascinate me.
On both counts, I realize that I should’ve dedicated much more time, or pursued them with passion. I didn’t.
On the other hand, it’s exhilarating for me nowadays to get people to use technology to their advantage. Never have we had so much to gain from this knowledge. Nor, so much to lose, if technology washes us away.
The acceleration of change is staggering. It requires that we hone our abilities to world class levels, and at the same time, that we develop the capability to market our services.
We live in interesting times.
The challenge fascinates me.
